How many people can stay at the apartment?
The maximum number of guests is 6+2.

What kind of beds are in the apartment?
There are two king-size beds with dimensions 180 x 200 cm (one in each bedroom) and two high-quality sofas that both convert to a bed with dimensions 160 x 195 cm in the living room.

How large is the apartment?
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (14 and 12 square meters), a large living room (23 square meters), a large kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area (16 square meters), a wardrobe room (6 square meters), and a bathroom (6,5 square meters), totaling 84 square meters surface area. There are also three balconies totaling 22 square meters (10, 6 and 6,5). The apartment is really very spacious and comfortable with everything you need to feel like at home, so it’s also very suitable for longer stays.

How do I book the apartment?
Please fill a form or email us with your dates and we will contact you within 12 hours with the total price and the next steps to confirm your reservation.

Should I make a deposit to confirm the reservation?
For stays longer than 3 days we usually require a deposit of €200 or €300 to confirm the reservation. The deposit is not refundable. You can make the payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining amount shall be paid in cash when you arrive here. For stays shorter than 3 days we normally don’t require a deposit. The rental amount is paid in cash when you arrive.

Do you have any discounts for longer stays?
Yes, there are discounts for longer stays and also for returning guests; fill a form or email us with your dates for our best pricing.

Can I stay one night or do you have a minimum stay?
We don’t have a minimum stay but we may reject a booking if you are only going to stay one or two nights and it is in the middle of an otherwise open section of the calendar.

What about the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is 1,15 EUR per adult per night and 0,58 EUR per child between 7-18 years old per night and is not included in the price.

Is there an age limit to rent the apartment?
Yes, renters must be at least 21 years of age.

What are the check in and check out times?
The apartment will be available at 15.00. In case that you want to check-in earlier, ask us, the possibility to check in earlier is subject to the availability. Check-out takes place before 10.00. If you would like to have a late check out, ask for availability.

Is breakfast included in the price?
We don’t serve breakfasts.

How equipped is the kitchen (does it have a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc.)?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and serving dishes. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave.

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
Yes, there is. It’s in the bathroom.

Is there central heat and air conditioning?
Yes, the house has central heating and there’s also a super quiet split-type inverter (heating-cooling) air conditioner in the living room.

What about your interaction with guests?
The amount of interaction depends on our guests as we want to respect your privacy. If you have questions of where to go, if you need directions, we’re happy to help. If you want your space and minimal interaction that is also fine.

What languages do you speak?
English, Croatian, Serbian and some basic German.

What are the house rules?
We love our house and we’ve put a lot of effort into making the apartment special for your stay. We hope your treat it with the respect it deserves.

Is there a final cleaning fee?
No. The apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Whilst we don’t charge any extra for final cleaning we do expect dishes to be washed and put away.

Do I have an internet access in the apartment?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You’ll get the password on your arrival.

Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. We are happy to provide linen change every three days if you request it.

In which currencies do you accept payments?
Our prices are fixed in Euros but we also accept other currencies. The conversion is based on the actual exchange rates.

Can we get a baby bed and a baby high chair for our baby?
Yes, a baby bed and a baby high chair are available upon request at no extra charge.

Do you have TV?
Yes, two flat screen TVs with 180+ digital TV channels (many in English and German language) are available in the apartment – one in the living room and one in the first bedroom. There’s also a DVD player in the living room.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside, but the apartment has three large balconies that may be used for this purpose.

Can I take my pet with me?
No, for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Nearest bus and train station?
The Zirovnica bus station is 10-12 minutes walk away and the Zirovnica train station is 12-15 minutes walk away. Click here for the map.

Nearest airport?
It’s less than a 30 minutes drive from Ljubljana International Airport. A number of rent-a-car providers are available at the airport.

Nearest grocery stores and shops?
The nearest grocery stores are 6 and 10 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarkets and shopping centres are in Lesce, Bled and Jesenice, 6-15 minutes drive.

Nearest restaurant?
The nearest restaurant is only 100 metres away (3 minute walk).
