You’ll feel right at home when you step into this very modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean home. Beautifully furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind and all of the facilities and mod-cons you would expect, the apartment offers much more than the average holiday home, it’s a real home from home. It occupies the first floor of of a recently completely renovated alpine house located in a truly peaceful and quiet area in the green Zavrsnica valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from the famous Lake Bled and a 30 minute drive from the Ljubljana International Airport. It’s the perfect place to stay while visiting the Lake Bled area of Slovenia or the Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps! It’s away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It’s a great base to explore Slovenia as all the main natural sights in the region like Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Waterfall Savica, Waterfall Pericnik, Lake Jasna, Zelenci Nature Reserve are only 10 to 45 minutes drive away. The apartment is also close (a 5-minute drive) to the main A2 motorway that connects the Karawanken Tunnel (at the Austrian border) to Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana.

The apartment and the whole property were completely renovated recently and furnished with new, modern and very functional furniture. The apartment is very comfortable with more amenities than you could possibly need. It occupies the whole first floor of a completely renovated alpine house and has a surface of 55 square meters + a balcony, a terrace and a large garden. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5+1 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a modern bathroom, a living area with a comfortable sofa, a large balcony with wonderful mountain views and a terrace with a large garden below the balcony.
Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our mind. But it’s even more critical during this time. We’re using the ECDC standards to clean and disinfect our property. Also, we make the apartment unavailable for 1-3 days between guests and you’ll be able to check in and check out without any person-to-person contact.

First Bedroom
The first bedroom includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a high quality memory foam mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with a lamp, a small working desk, and a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels. There’s also a doorway to the balcony.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with high quality memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton linens, a three-seater sofa that converts to a bed, a nightstand with two lamps, a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels and a closet with ample storage for clothing.
Kitchen & dining area
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped (ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigirator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Here you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table seating for 4+2.
Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and comes complete with a glass shower stall, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a vanity mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and shower towels are provided.

There’s also a second separate toilet available in the apartment.
Living area
The living area is next to the first bedroom. It’s light and bright with a sofa that also converts to a bed with dimensions 120 x 200 cm), a coffee table, a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels (including several very popular international channels in English and German language and some in Croatian, Serbian, Italian, French and other languages). There’s also a quiet split-type inverter (heating-cooling) air conditioner and a doorway to the balcony.

Staircase
The staircase is nice and wide and has good step tread.
Balcony
The balcony is large (11 square meters). It’s facing south and has nice views of the garden and the green surroundings and mountains of Slovenian Alps, including Slovenia’s highest peak Mt. Triglav.
Terrace
The guests can also use a terrace which is situated directly below the balcony. The terrace is 20 square meters large. It’s facing south and is surrounded by meadows and a vegetable garden.

The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2017. New fixtures were installed throughout the building and modern furniture was bought. The property and the grounds are well kept with a lovely vegetable garden and a small orchard.

The apartment is located in the green Zavrsnica Valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from Lake Bled and 30 minutes drive from Ljubljana International Airport. - The driveway to Fine Apartments is shared with other properties and it is opt-holed and rough. It needs to have a tarmac surface.

What a wonderful, warm family! Our stay was short, but we had an amazing time at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, newly decorated with fantastically equipped kitchen, the location was great - woodland was starting in the back yard of the house and the price was very good, too! As we travelled with kids, the bonus of this place was a restaurant, 2 minutes walk away, with a live bear in the garden :-) We highly recommend this apartment!

A lovely apartment! Beautifully refurbished to a high standard. In a tranquil location by the woods, but close enough to main roads for ease of travel. And in the apartment was the most thorough information guide we have ever seen - now we know all the great things to see and do in this region, we wish we'd stayed longer! Thank you for hosting us.
