Apartments Valant Bled is a great place for a cosy and quiet stay in the Bled countryside. The accommodation is located in a small and very quiet hamlet of Selo Pri Bledu (loosely translated as ‘village at Bled’) but no more than a pleasant 20 minute walk to Lake Bled. The property and the grounds are well kept and there’s a lovely garden with a BBQ.

Good and communication and cordial welcome of the host. Nice well-equipped apartment with garden, located in the small quiet village Selo (2 km from the lake, you have to walk about 20 mins, a bit up and down the hills). Great to enjoy the silence and relax. If you want to explore Lake Bled/Triglav but want to stay in a more quiet area to calm down a bit- I really can recommend this place 🙂

Lovely apartment in Alpine chalet close to Bled by car, quiet and peaceful. The garden and balcony have a view on the mountains. Highly recommended for a vacation near lake Bled. I would love to come back.

Amazing place which was super clean with all the amenities you need right at your fingertips. Check in was effortless and Katja and Marija’s communication was perfect. No problems what-so-ever. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away to a beautiful town and amazing accommodation. Will definitely come back.

Mit Katja hatten wir eine unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Die Wohnungsübernahme ging reibungslos – obwohl wir durch Staus leider sehr verspätet waren. Sorry nochmal dafür und Danke! Auch die Abreise verlief entspannt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Gefallen hat uns das Bett / Matratze, die fest genug war. Leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Da wir im (Hoch)Sommer die Wohnung belegt hatten, empfanden wir den Tisch und die Stühle vor der Eingangstür (EG) als angehnem. Auch die Markise darüber v.a. morgens beim Kaffeetrinken. Überrascht waren wir von einem prall vollem A4-Ordner mit touristischen Hinweisen. Jede Seite einzeln verfasst. Da hätten wir uns fast den Baedeker sparen können 😉 Nett war auch das Willkommenspräsent: eine Flasche slowenischen Weins sowie Goodies zum Frühstück. Was sich für uns als Highlight herausgestellt hat war die Sava, die in 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Sava fließt hier über ein kleines Wehr, dahinter ist jedoch im Flußbett eine große Steingeröll-Ansammlung, auf der man prima liegen kann. Die Sava fließt mit guter Strömung linksseitig, hier ist sie jedoch nur etwa 2-4m breit. Also: unterhalb vom Wehr in die Strömung, sich 20-30m, tragen lassen, dann wieder zum Wehr – oder zum Aufwärmen auf die warmen Steine und in die Sonne 😉 Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Slowenien und für unsere (v.a. Wander-) Ausflüge war uns die Wohnung ein guter Stützpunkt! Somit bleibt uns, noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Superhost auszusprechen 😀
We had a few very relaxing days in this accommodation. It was all really clean (which is a little more important to me these days than normally) and we felt safe and at home. The little village where the accommodation was situated was so lovely and quiet. You could easily walk to the lake in 20 minutes. At the check-in, we got some tips about what to do in the area (e. g., the hiking tips for Triglav national park were quite useful, we didn’t have to do any more research ourselves). Communication with Katja was perfect and the check-in went really well, too. Would absolutely recommend staying there, especially if you want a place that’s a little separated from all the other hotels and guest accommodations.
The communication was great, you get a great value with this accommodation. Loved our stay here!

Die Unterkunft und unsere Zeit hier waren prima. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Katja hatte noch einen Baby-hochstuhl uns hingestellt, das war klasse. Viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge… Das waren schöne Tage.
