Yes, we did it again! All our accommodations Fine Stay have won a Booking.com Traveller Review Award in 2024 as well! This is proof that we consistently exceed travellers’ expectations!
Coming from one of the world’s major booking engines, booking.com, this is gold! Part of the booking.com letter reads: “The exceptional review scores you earned consistently over the last year show just how much your guests appreciate everything you do for them.”

We were delighted this week to receive news that FOUR of our properties have won a Booking.com Traveller Review Award for 2023!
The score and award are based on guest reviews submitted over the last year and reflect our efforts to offer outstanding hospitality to our guests.

This is demonstrated by the review scores that travellers leave after their stay.
To be a winner in the Traveller Review Awards 2022, we needed to make sure our average review score was super high (between 8 and 10) and that we had a certain amount of positive reviews left by travellers for that year.
Apartments Fine Stay achieved a whopping 9.7 out of 10 rating.
Apartments Fine Stay Bled achieved an exceptional score of 9.0 out of 10.
Apartments Valant Bled had a rating of 8.6 out of 10.
The Booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2022 reveal fascinating insights into traveller preferences throughout the past year. The input from guests showed travellers appreciate cleanliness and location most when reviewing award-winning properties on the platform. With consumers increasingly conscious of health and hygiene, the winners of Traveller Review Awards had a cleanliness score that was 17% higher than the average cleanliness score for non-winners, suggesting how important it is for guests.

To be a winner in the Traveller Review Awards 2021, our accommodations needed to make sure their average review score was super high (between 8 and 10) and that each accommodation had a certain amount of positive reviews left by travellers after their stay in the last 12 months.
Our review scores for the Traveller Review Awards 2021 were based on the average score of our guest reviews between 1 August 2018 and 30 November 2020. This shows that year on year, we have been working on improving our apartments – even during a time of crisis!
