The Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on the world’s largest travel site – TripAdvisor. We are among an elite group of winners including accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience. The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity of recent reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

But this recognition however, isn’t merely a pat on the back. It offers much more than that, in fact with this award comes the ability to display the Certificate of Excellence logo, which in turn allows travellers and potential guests to not only identify but book properties that will deliver the quality of service they so highly desire.
