DUPLEX APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
The apartment was renovated and painted in December 2019 and contains everything you will need to make your stay in Bled very comfortable, including a lovely balcony and garden with BBQ. It’s like home away from home, located in an exceedingly safe and very quiet street, but only 15-20 minute walk to Lake Bled. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for 3 people. It consists of a bedroom that contains a brand new queen size bed (160 cm × 200 cm) with high quality memory foam mattress, a modern bathroom with a nice shower, a small kitchen and a dining area with a dining table and four chairs.

The main advantages of the apartment are its beautiful, quiet location, its own private entrance, a nice balcony, a lovely garden with BBQ, a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower and cleanliness. Well working free WIFI and free private parking are available too.
Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our mind. But it’s even more critical during this time. We’re using the ECDC standards to clean and disinfect our property. Also, we make the apartment unavailable for 1-3 days between guests.

The apartment is situated on the ground and first floors.
Bedroom
The bedroom is 10 square meters and includes a large double bed (160 cm × 200 cm) with high quality memory foam mattress and two nightstands with a lamp.
Kitchenette & dining area
The kitchenette is small but well equipped with a stove with 2 burners, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans, and cutlery, all clean and ready for use. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table and 4 chairs.
Living area
There’s a three-seater-sofa and a flat screen TV with 130+ digital channels.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes complete with a brand new glass shower stall, a washbasin, a mirror and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and bath/shower towels are provided.
Balcony
There’s a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table.
Staircase
The staircase is spiral and narrow and may be a little tricky for very young children or elderly people.
Hallway
The area just inside the front door.
Entrance
The apartment has its own private entrance.
Exterior
The property is well kept and is in a nice and quiet area on the outskirts of Bled.
Outside
The grounds are very well kept and there’s a large garden in front of the apartment.

Very nice stay, very quiet. Close to Bled but still far enough from the touristic areas

Ubytování bylo v krásném prostředí s výbornou polohou. Velmi nám vyhovovalo, že nebylo přímo v centru Bledu, kde už koncem června byly mraky lidí, ale v klidném místě, kam se dalo pohodlně dojít do půl hodiny z centra Bledu moc krásnou krajinou. Jedinou výtku bychom měli ke schodům v apartmánu, ty byly opravdu úzké a velmi příkré, pro lidi např. s pohybovým obtížemi, starší lidi nebo pro lidi s malými dětmi naprosto nevhodné. Pro zdravé dospělé to však je jen drobné nepohodlí, které je dostatečně vyváženo ostatními pozitivy. Jó, vlastně ještě by se v apartmánu hodila druhá sklenička na víno a více než dvě malé lžičky 🙂 Za nás však jednoznačně palec nahoru!

An easy 25min walk to Bled this apartment is in a nice quiet location away from the tourist crowds. Perfect for a few nights stay whilst exploring the area.

Mooi appartement op een mooie, rustige locatie, vlakbij Bled. Appartement is ruim en schoon. Vanaf tuin en balkon een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Een aanrader om hier een paar nachten te verblijven om de omgeving van Bled te verkennen.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. It’s super cute and cozy, located down a small village road. We liked how close it was to the river and hikes near the river. It was also nice to have a balcony and extra couch/sitting area upstairs. It’s a good option if you want a quieter place to stay in the Bled area. Would recommend!

Die Kommunikation mit Katja hat sehr gut geklappt, sie ist sehr freundlich, spontan und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort nochmals bei ihr buchen.
We decided spontaneously to stay in Bled and Katja responded super quickly so that we had an easy check-in. The flat is situated in a really cozy environment with a lot of possibilities for hiking and not that for from the city centre. We had a good time there.
The accommodation was very clean and offers enough space. You can relax in the sun on the balcony. Katja and Marija are very hospitable and had lots of great tips for activities. They have put together very good information material in a large folder. Many beautiful destinations are very close.
This is a beautiful little flat in a quiet village just outside Bled. Beautiful walks from the front door, everything you need nearby and really peaceful. They were great hosts, full of great tips of where to go when we arrived. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl in Katja’s Apartment gefühlt. Es war sehr urlauberfreundlich und doch irgendwie persönlich eingerichtet. Alle hilfreichen Geräte wie Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Föhn und sogar Kaffeemaschine waren vorhanden, ebenso die nötigen Kochuntensilien. Einzig zu erwähnen: die enge Wendeltreppe ins obere Stockwerk ist nicht unbedingt für korpulentere Personen geeignet. Man läuft ca. 20min zum Bleder See, mit dem Auto zum nächsten Bäcker braucht man 6 min. Dafür hat man wundervolle Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür anstatt einer ganzen Armada von Hotels (in Bled selbst sieht das ganz anders aus). Bei der persönlichen Begrüßung und kurzen Einführung in die Wohnung bekommt man gleich noch ein paar hilfreiche Tipps. Alles in allem können wir das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es als Stützpunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen genutzt. Wir komm sicher wieder. Danke!
We loved the place, it was really cosy, close to the sights in Bled, but also perfect for enjoying a walk in nature. We would definitely come back. Also clean and great advise and hospitality!
The apartment is tidy and clean. It has everything you might need. Communication with Katja was easy and she even suggested alternative program when the weather was bad. There’s also a helpful binder with tips and trips in the wider area. The village of Selo is in one of the most beautiful valleys around Bled and offers great walks along the Sava Bohinjka river. It takes about 25 min to walk to Bled. We had a great time.
Die Lage hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die idyllische Bergkulisse ist einfach wunderschön. Der Bleder See und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Objektbetreuerin ist super nett und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage, einfach perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles gepasst…nur für uns (2 Erwachsene + 17 Jahrige Tochter+ 7 Mon. altes Baby) war es leider viel zu eng…Für ein Pärchen ohne hohe Erwartungen wird es perfekt passen….Aber 200 € für 2 Nächte finde ich zu teuer.
Marina, thank you for the feedback, although we must admit we are very disappointed with some of your remarks. You booked our one-bedroom apartment via Booking.com and then sent us a message that you want two bedrooms in the apartment. But that’s impossible, we can’t just create another bedroom in the apartment and we told you that we don’t have an apartment with two bedrooms. We really don’t understand why did you book our one-bedroom apartment if you wanted to have an apartment with two bedrooms for your family. And we also don’t think it’s fair that you complain that 200 Eur for 2 nights in the peak season in July is too expensive. The apartment has a bedroom, living area, bathroom, kitchenette with dinning table and 4 chairs, balcony, private entrance and large garden with BBQ, so we think that’s good value. Others in the Bled area are charging much more for very similar apartments. And we also offer discounts for stays longer than 3 nights, and even higher discounts for stays longer than 7 nights.
Very quiet appartment. We had a pleasant time here. Close enough to the lake (approx 1 km). Not suitable for very huge persons. The circular stairway to the first floor (where the living room and the bedroom are) is a bit narrow. Well equipted kitchen and a nice garden. I recommend !

The apartment is really good and you have everything what you need in there. When we arrived it was very clean and the landlord was very helpful and the communication between was really easy.
Authentic alpine experience. The apartment is located in Selo, a nice little village next to Bled. The apartment is very cosy due to the wooden furnitures, perfect for 2 people. The location is very good too, Lake Bled is in 20-25 minutes walking distance. Walking to the lake, you can see cows on the fields and some really nice farms. Katja was really welcoming and always responded very quickly to our questions.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment has enough space for 2-3 adults and has all you need. The location is perfect for those who prefer to have some silence around. Going by car from the house takes around 5 minutes and in 5 minutes walking distance you can find a very nice river where you can walk. We are going back for sure.

Nismo znali da je objekat iz dva nivoa a otvor je jako mali pa je bilo nezgodno izneti stvari, ići noću u wc, … Što se tiče ostalih stvari sve je ok.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf bei Bled. Die Informationen zur Wohnung stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt umfangreiches Informationsmaterial für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Thomas und Kristina

+ bequeme Matratzen, Fliegengitter an den beiden Fenstern in Küche/Essbereich, Gefrierfach, Parkplatz direkt neben dem Appartment, ruhige ländliche Lage mit viel Grün, Vogelgezwitscher, Netflix, Bad (Dusche hat sehr guten Druckstrahl und sofort heißes Wasser), ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, Garderobe mit Schuhregal, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Innenrollos an jedem Fenster und Balkontür, Flasche Rotwein (obwohl wir keinen mögen, aber die Geste zählt) und leckere Pralinen bei Ankunft, gute Schlüsselübergabe (vorherige Kommunikation mit Katja per SMS), dicker Ordner mit Ausflugtipps liegt aus, W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut.
– die enge Galerietreppe nach oben in den Wohn-/Schlafbereich war nervig, neben dem Bett ist es eng (ca. 35 cm zu Wand/Mauer), der Schlaf- und Wohnbereich ist nur durch eine etwa brusthohe Mauer getrennt (wir dachten, das wären zwei extra Zimmer), andererseits war die Mauer praktisch zur Ablage/Lüften für Kleidung, es gibt nur einen schmalen Kleiderschrank, der aber mit Bettdecken voll ist

Apartmán blízko jezera Bled, dvoupatrový, což by bylo v pořádku, kdyby schody nebyly tak úzké a nekomfortní. Když chcete jít večer na záchod, musíte po schodech dolů. Jinak ok na krátký pobyt.

Es war sehr schön und hat uns super gefallen. Der Check-In etc verlief reibungslos. Der Weg zu Fuß zum See dauert ca. 25Minuten bergauf und bergab. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet gute Möglichkeiten um Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen zu machen.

Sweet Bled home
+ Apartment Valant is a sweet place to stay, few minutes far from Bled center that’s exactly what I was searching for. I spent three nights and everythng was good. Katja answwred to all my questions about ski and spa center. She’s very kind and helpful. We found a gift on the table at our arival. I have only beautiful memories about our journey in Slovenia.

Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement in de nabijheid van het meer van Bled. Ongeveer 20 minuutjes lopen. Het centrum van Bled en supermarkt zijn met de auto gemakkelijk te bereiken. Badkamer is fijn, keuken is prima maar basic. Fijne uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving!

The apartment is in a very peaceful location and we enjoyed lots of local walks. It would be ideal if you came by car as there was parking available but we were backpacking. It takes a good 20 minutes + to walk from the local bus stop by the lake. Katja was at the apartment to greet us and answer any questions we had. The spiral staircase connects the kitchen area and bathroom downstairs to the upstairs bedroom / living area. It’s not the easiest to negotiate in the dark for nighttime loo visits!
