DUPLEX APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
The apartment was renovated and painted in 2023 and contains everything you will need to make your stay in Bled very comfortable, including a lovely balcony and garden with BBQ. It’s like home away from home, located in the Bled countryside, but only 20 minute walk to Lake Bled. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for 2+1 people. It consists of a bedroom that contains a brand new queen size bed (160 cm × 200 cm) with high quality memory foam mattress, a modern bathroom with a nice shower, a small kitchen and a dining area with a dining table and four chairs.

The main advantages of the apartment are its beautiful, quiet location, its own private entrance, a nice balcony, a lovely garden with BBQ, a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower and cleanliness. Well working free WIFI and free private parking are available too.

Kitchenette & dining area
The kitchenette is small but well equipped with a stove with 2 burners, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, pots, pans, and cutlery, all clean and ready for use. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table and 4 chairs.
Living area
There’s a three-seater-sofa and a flat screen TV with 130+ digital channels.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes complete with a brand new glass shower stall, a washbasin, a mirror and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and bath/shower towels are provided.
Balcony
There’s a lovely balcony with 2 chairs and a table.
Staircase
The staircase is spiral and narrow and may be a little tricky for very young children or elderly people.
Hallway
The area just inside the front door.
Entrance
The apartment has its own private entrance.
Exterior
The property is well kept and is in a nice and quiet area on the outskirts of Bled.
Outside
The grounds are very well kept and there’s a large garden in front of the apartment.
Garden with BBQ
There’s a nice garden with a masonry charcoal barbecue.

Very nice stay, very quiet. Close to Bled but still far enough from the touristic areas

Ubytování bylo v krásném prostředí s výbornou polohou. Velmi nám vyhovovalo, že nebylo přímo v centru Bledu, kde už koncem června byly mraky lidí, ale v klidném místě, kam se dalo pohodlně dojít do půl hodiny z centra Bledu moc krásnou krajinou. Jedinou výtku bychom měli ke schodům v apartmánu, ty byly opravdu úzké a velmi příkré, pro lidi např. s pohybovým obtížemi, starší lidi nebo pro lidi s malými dětmi naprosto nevhodné. Pro zdravé dospělé to však je jen drobné nepohodlí, které je dostatečně vyváženo ostatními pozitivy. Jó, vlastně ještě by se v apartmánu hodila druhá sklenička na víno a více než dvě malé lžičky :-) Za nás však jednoznačně palec nahoru!

An easy 25min walk to Bled this apartment is in a nice quiet location away from the tourist crowds. Perfect for a few nights stay whilst exploring the area.

Mooi appartement op een mooie, rustige locatie, vlakbij Bled. Appartement is ruim en schoon. Vanaf tuin en balkon een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Een aanrader om hier een paar nachten te verblijven om de omgeving van Bled te verkennen.

We had a nice stay in this apartment. It's super cute and cozy, located down a small village road. We liked how close it was to the river and hikes near the river. It was also nice to have a balcony and extra couch/sitting area upstairs. It's a good option if you want a quieter place to stay in the Bled area. Would recommend!

Die Kommunikation mit Katja hat sehr gut geklappt, sie ist sehr freundlich, spontan und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort nochmals bei ihr buchen.
We decided spontaneously to stay in Bled and Katja responded super quickly so that we had an easy check-in. The flat is situated in a really cozy environment with a lot of possibilities for hiking and not that for from the city centre. We had a good time there.
