When it comes to beer in Slovenia, the question usually comes down to Union or Lasko. But while the mass-produced Slovenian beer brands Lasko and Union still dominate the Slovenian beer market, new boutique breweries are now opening all over Slovenia. Carniola Boutique Brewery is one such brewery, located in the Zirovnica Business Zone. This small boutique brewery produces a quality range of beers. The on-site bar is opened on Thursday and Friday afternoon and on Saturday. The brewery is also open for group bookings (€7.50/person), which includes a tour of the facilities and tasting of 4 beers.
