A great budget friendly place for a comfortable stay in Bled. The apartment is air conditioned and located in a beautiful quiet street but no more than 10 minutes walk to the Bled’s stunning lake and the town centre. It’s a loft apartment and has a bedroom with a double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Well working free WiFi, flat-screen TV with 130+ channels and free private parking are available too.

The apartment contains everything you will need to make your stay in Bled very comfortable, including a brand new air-con. It’s like home away from home, located in an exceedingly safe and very quiet street, but only 8-10 minute walk to the Bled’s stunning lake and the town centre. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for 3 people. It consists of a bedroom that contain a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen and a dining table with three chairs. The apartment is classified with 4 stars by the Slovenian Tourist Board.
Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our mind. But it’s even more critical during this time. We’re using the ECDC standards to clean and disinfect our property. Also, we make the apartment unavailable for 1-3 days between guests.
The apartment is situated on the second floor.

– We’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

– A great location in a very safe and quiet street, but only a 10 minute walk to the lake and everything in Bled.
– The apartment has a surface of 45 square meters (484 square feet) and is set on the second floor of a typical Slovenian house. The whole property is very well kept and everything is super clean and up to date.
– You’ll get the whole apartment to yourself and have access to the shared garden.
– High quality air-con which is very important in summer as the weather in June, July and August can be very hot.
– The ceiling is a little lower than usual (205 cm) and sloped at the end, so the apartment is not the best for tall people, but if you’re not taller than 190 cm or so you shouldn’t have too much problems.
– There is a bedroom with a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and quality linens in the apartment.
– A small kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, including a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
– A bathroom with a shower.
– Flat-screen TV with 130+ digital channels (including several very popular channels in English and German language).
– Free Wi-Fi was upgraded in September 2018 and now works excellent everywhere in the apartment and even outside in the garden.
– Free private parking is available in front of the house.
Bedroom
The bedroom is large (14 square meters) and includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a mirror and a large closet with ample storage for clothing.
Living area
There’s a three-seater-sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with 130+ digital channels (including several very popular channels in English and German language).
Kitchenette & dining area
The kitchenette is small but it has everything you need including a cooktop with 2 hot plates, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, and cutlery – all clean and ready for use. There’s also a wooden dining table and three chairs.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes complete with a shower stall, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and vanity mirror and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and bath/shower towels are provided.
Staircase
The loft apartment is located on the second floor of the house. The staircase is nice and wide and has good step tread.
Exterior
The property and the grounds are well kept with a beautiful garden. The location is very convenient, in a lovely quiet street but no more than 10 minutes walk from the lake shore and the town centre.

The apartment is no more than an easy and pleasant 10 minutes walk from the stunning Lake Bled: 5 minutes gently uphill past restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels on the busy main street and then a turn off to the right and less than five more, down a quiet lane flanked with a fruit orchard and beautiful wildflower meadows.

When you arrive to Bled, continue on the main road and soon after the Petrol gas station turn left onto Ribenska cesta (22 meters) and then immediately turn slight right onto Levstikova ulica (88 meters), then turn left to stay on Levstikova ulica (200 meters), then turn right to stay on Levstikova ulica (53 meters) and you’ll see the property on the right.

Lake Bled is an Alpine lake, set in some of the most stunning countryside scenery you’re ever likely to set your eyes on.

+ En general todo perfecto. Muy acogedor. Nos sentimos como en casa. Luminoso, bien ubicado, limpio, decoración muy agradable. Bonitas vistas desde la ventana de la habitación. Trato excelente. Nos entregaron las llaves desde las 9:30 horas lo que hizo que aprovecharamos mucho más el día. Además con el plus de entrar y encontrarte el recibimiento con frutas y un archivador con una información muy detallada de Eslovenia. Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%.

I and my family stayed there for 3 nights there. We found this apartment highly neat and clean and well equipped with all the things which anyone can be needed while stay away. They felt like home away a home. Katja and other family members are too kind and generous. They took all the information about my family and kept all the things there according to us. They kept complimentary fruits juices and some chocolates for my kid as well.
Kitchen had all the utensils with other required stuff like sugar salt cooking oil and coffee.
Its location was also good just 350 meters away from union bus station where you can find the buses easily.
I will give 9 out of 10

Great place to stay. Short walk to city centre. Extremely large and comfortable rooms. Wifi sometimes dropped out for hours at a time which makes things difficult if you don’t have a travel sim or your own data.
It was a pleasure to meet you and your husband Madison, and thanks for such a great feedback. We know how important is to have a good wi-fi while on vacation, so we added a signal booster and our Internet service provider brought a new router with a better range. I’m really happy to inform our future guests that we upgraded the Wi-Fi in September of 2018 and it now works great and fast everywhere in the house and even outside in the garden.
The place is lovely, small head height so if you are tall beware. Communication is great and they were very accommodating. 10min walk from lake bled!

+ Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer exzellenten Lage. See mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants: alles ist fußläufig in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar und dennoch ist die Unterkunft in ausreichendem Abstand zum Lärm und Rummel der Stadt (und Hauptstraße). Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und hat nichts vermissen lassen.
– Leider war die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen noch verbesserungswürdig. Spinnweben in Türrahmen und Staub in Sichtbereichen deuten darauf an, dass die letzte Reinigung nicht überall erfolgte.

This apartment was perfect for our week in Slovenia! From there, we could walk within a few mn to all the Bled areas, the lake of course, and could drive all around the region. It was very quiet and in a lovely street surrounded by apple trees. The owner left so many information and a book about what to see in the region, it was very helpful! The apartment was bigger than expected and it was a very comfy place to relax after our excursions.

+ Уютная квартира, удобная кровать. В квартире есть все необходимое, даже небольшой запас продуктов: соль, сахар, масло и т.д. Есть бесплатная крытая парковка. Хороший интернет. Находится в тихом месте, до озера минут 10 ходьбы.
– Немного неудобным оказалось то, что квартира находится в мансарде и в некоторых частях помещения приходилось ходить согнувшись.

The apartment proved an ideal base for our 3 night stay in beautiful Bled. Cosy, secure, spotlessly clean and only a shortish walk to the shops, eating etc, but in a very quiet area. Instructions on how to get there were clear and the information compendium is huge & loaded with useful ideas to help enjoy your stay in Bled all the more. A great bed and god sized living area make the stay all the more comfy. As the listing info outlines any really tall person may struggle with the loft ceilings but that wasn’t us. Perfect little place to stay in Bled. Being just back off the main Street in a quiet area was great, yet still very close to the lake and shops etc. Nice touch on arrival with some fresh fruit and juice was appreciated. A few small things like oil, salt etc also made cooking easier. Very low shower head and low cielings were hard for my 6’4 partner but he managed. Very large comfortable soft bed. Thanks!

The loft apartment was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It is in a great location – it’s so wonderfully peaceful but only about a 10 min walk from the lake and there’s a great bakery and two supermarkets really close by. It has everything you need to cook there and we really appreciated the little touches such as the fruit/juice left for us. Katja, who helps Antonija was brilliant at communicating with us and was really kind when our flight/arrival was delayed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

A cool space that is a 10 to 15 min walk to Lake Bled. The hosts were great (left us fresh fruits which our daughter loved!), and helped to make the check in smooth! Definitely recommend!
My sister and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Check in was great and the neighbourhood is great to walk around and very quiet. This was an amazing stay in an amazing location. The roof aspect creates a unique place to stay. If you’re much taller than 5’8”+, you may have issues with the shower, but I had none at 5’6”. I found the bed to be comfortable, and the loft spacious (considering the low roof) The castle view is nice, especially at night. Walking everywhere was super easy, and having a place to park my rental car was super convenient. I was even permitted to leave my car parked after checkout so that I could explore one last time. While I was there, extra parking was being put in, so that’s great news for future travelers.
Lovely little apartment and much closer to the town centre than I was expecting. Katja was very accommodating with check-in/out times and was always quick to respond to my messages. Nice, no-nonsense apartment. Great communication and a good experience overall. The kitchen and bathroom ceiling height might be an issue for tall people (+190cm).
The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and everything in the apartment was really functional. The apartment was in a great location – not far from the lake and restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk to a major grocery store. The only downside was low ceilings which made it a bit hard for me as I’m 5’9”.

Location is very nice, 10 minutes walk from the lake (or less), lovely neighborhood, we went for a walk across the fields, rather picturesque and quiet. The view from the windows is gorgeous. Communication with the host also was great. There were some minor problems, like too low ceiling for a person 1.8 (and above) meters high, or problems with the heating, but nothing critical, and we enjoyed our staying greatly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but you could still quickly walk to the centre and it just took us 5 minutes to walk to the lake. The apartment was really spacious and super clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our host warmly welcomed us and showed us some nice places on the map that we then ended up visiting. I highly recommend staying at this apartment. We had an awesome time there and enjoyed our vacation.

The apartment met our expectations: great location, big and everyone was very nice. We got great recommendations about the area on the arrival day. The owner is a lovely lady, we had the opportunity to chat for a little bit. It is clean, great value and we liked staying there. The only thing you should keep in mind: it is on the top floor. If you are above 185cm, the ceiling is a bit low in some parts of the apartment. Since it is a big place, this is not a big issue. Thank you very much for hosting us!
Schönes, gemütliches Apartment. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Tankstelle in der Nähe. See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einziges Manko: die Decken-Höhe ist durch die Dachschräge teilweise niedriger als man denkt.

We had a fantastic stay in this super cosy apartment which is situated a short walk from lake bled and nearby bars and restaurants, whilst also being in a quiet area. The facilities were all great, everything we needed to cook and prepare food was provided and the bed was huge and comfortable. Katja who looks after the apartment was very helpful and the welcome gift that was left out for us was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!!

Very nice apartment in the city centre of Bled. Katja is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Parking lot at the house is very good. Apartment is really spacious and has everything needed. Highly recommended, especially for a longer stay.
Emplacement idéal et appartement super !
We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. From being so kind to check us in late and help us figure out how to get to her place when our train was delayed to leaving us a sweet gift of chocolates and wine. The home does have short ceilings but it makes it all the more cozy—everything was clean, warm, and has everything you need for a short to long term stay. About a 5 min walk to Bled Union bus station, a supermarket, a bakery, and Sava cafe for their famous Kremsnita. We can’t wait to be back!

The flat is in a good location – a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre and to the lake. The equipment in the kitchen was basic but we had everything we needed. The duvet we were given was quite thin but it was fine with the heating on. We appreciated the massive folder full of recommendations & tips on what to do & see near Bled! And the view outside the window of the Castle is quite cool at night.

This homely apartment (it’s like staying at Grandma’s) is in a lovely quiet location which is a short walk to Lake Bled. We were welcomed by Katia who had a bottle of bubbly and snacks waiting for us. I was so impressed with her huge folder on things to do in the area, and over the border in Austria and Italy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the center of Lake Bled. The bed was perfect. Very thoughtful gift basket left for guests. The bathroom could use an improvement (the shower is best for shorter individuals). Plus, the unit is a bit over priced.

A perfect place to stay in Bled. The apartment was very clean and had all you needed. The ceiling was a little short so if you are tall you may hit your head a couple of times. But the apartment is worth it. You can easily walk to the center and to the lake.

Nice little apartment that’s in convenient walking distance to the city centre. Everything is clean and the communication is easy and friendly. The interior seems a little outdated. If you are a tall person, you will have problems standing upright in the bathroom and shower, as the apartment is on the attic floor.
Apartment was spotless and in a perfect location – peaceful neighbourhood but close enough to the lake and local restaurants. Very comfortable beds and kitchen generally well equipped (missed a frying pan!). Communication was excellent and Katja helped us with finding the property/ checking in a little early. Cosy space, though headroom could be an issue for taller guests in kitchen/ bathroom. We loved our time in Bled and hope to return one day!

This is a comfortable apartment in a great location on a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk to the city centre. It is also only a few minutes walk to the bus stop, which we used a lot for exploring the wider area around Bled. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you will need.
