The apartment occupies the whole upper floor and has a surface of 84 square meters + 3 large balconies and a large terrace with BBQ. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6+2 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with 2 high-quality sofas, a wardrobe room and 3 sunny balconies with beautiful views of the green surroundings and the mountains of Slovenian Alps.

Living room
The living room is very spacious (23 square meters) and comfortable to make feel like at home. It is light and bright with 2 high-quality sofas that both convert to a bed with dimensions 160 x 195 cm), an armchair, a coffee table, a new Sony Bravia LCD TV with more than 180 TV channels (including several very popular international channels in English and German language and some in Croatian, Serbian, Italian, French and other languages – click here for a complete list of TV channels) and a DVD player. There’s a doorway to the balcony and also a super quiet split-type inverter (heating-cooling) air conditioner.
Kitchen & dining area
The kitchen is large and very well-equipped (dishwasher, ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, two refrigerators with a large freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc). Here you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table seating for six. There’s also a doorway to the balcony.
First Bedroom
The first bedroom includes a King-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a high quality memory foam mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser with mirror, a floor lamp, and a Sony Bravia LCD TV with more than 180 digital channels (including several very popular international channels in English and German language). It’s bright and appointed with hardwood floors and there’s also a doorway to the balcony.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with a high quality memory foam mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with lamps and a closet.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes complete with a bathtub, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and vanity mirror and a toilet. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and bath/shower towels are provided. There’s also a new washing machine in the bathroom (having a washing machine while travelling is always useful, it comes in particularly handy for lengthy stays or when travelling with kids).
Wardrobe Room
The wardrobe room has a large closet with ample storage for clothing. Here you can also accommodate your travel bags.

First Balcony
The balcony is 7,5 meters wide by 1,35 meters deep (10 square meters). It’s facing east and has nice views of the green surroundings and the pasture with horses or cows.
Second Balcony
The balcony is 4,5 meters wide by 1,35 meters deep (6 square meters) and is equipped with garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs). It’s facing south and has nice views of the green surroundings, the pasture with horses or cows and the hills and mountains of the Slovenian Alps.
Third Balcony
The balcony is 5 meters wide by 1,35 meters deep (6,5 square meters). It’s facing west and has nice views of the hills and mountains of the Slovenian Alps.
Terrace
A large terrace behind the house that guests can use.
Front Doors
The apartment is classified with 4 stars by the Slovenian Tourist Board, which is the highest amount that can be awarded to a holiday apartment in Slovenia.
Carport
The guests can park their car in a carport behind the house.

We had a very lovely and relaxing stay, Anica and Katja were very helpful. The apartment it self is amazing and very well equipped ! The apartment makes a perfect starting point for exploring the natural beauties of Slovenia, definitely go to the vintgar gorge! Stay here! You will be happy!

Apartment is nice, cosy and well equipped. As it is situated in a small village, it is quiet and also close to nature, though just a few minutes from tourist attractions like lake Bled. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katya and Anica's apartment. We only stayed for one night but the apartment was very nice with a big kitchen and big beds and lots of balconies. Very pretty area of Slovenia as well! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

During Easter time we had short, but very relaxing stay. Katja was very helpful, even we got from her delicious easter cake. The appartment itself is really spacious and well equipped in a quiet environment. It is a good location to visit the surronding natural places of Slovenia. Everithing was perfect, we will come back in the summertime. Absolutely recommended!

This was our first experience using AirBnB. My husband and I have two small children and we felt extremely comfortable and safe. Anica, Katja and their family welcomed us with great hospitality and kindness. They went out of their way on several occasions to assist us in various matters, and also gave us useful information on Slovenia. It was a wonderful experience and a great pleasure to meet them. The neighbourhood is safe and beautiful, and is a 10-15minute drive to lake bled. The restaurant nearby is fantastic and theres also a grocery shop located within walking distance. The house is well equipped with everything that we needed and was extremely cozy with a good view :) it is peaceful and quiet at night. We couldnt have asked for better hosts. And i strongly recommend staying in their apartment if you are travelling in slovenia.

We just loved Katja and Anica's apartment. It is spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. You can find everything you need in the kitchen. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful that you don't want to leave the house and go sight seeing! Actually we did that one day and read the whole day in the balcony! The location is also great, less than 1 hour drive to all the attractions in the area like Bled lakes and Vintgar Gorge. We have been traveling for two months now and this has been the place we have been so far. Also Katja and her husband are excellent hosts. They welcomed us on arrival and provided lots of great information about what to see and Slovenia itself. Hopefully we can comeback one day with some friends to share the beauty of this place. Highly recommended

This was a fabulous place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was even better than posted. The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated - a great well equipped kitchen, two very comfortable beds in the bedrooms , and a very pleasant living room. Our hosts had created a comprehensive activity folder listing all the sights nearby.
