SUPERIOR APARTMENT WITH 3 BALCONIES
The apartment is fully equipped and nicely decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. It is classified with 4 stars by the Slovenian Tourist Board, which is the highest amount that can be awarded to a holiday apartment in Slovenia. It occupies the whole first floor of a large and well-kept alpine house and has a surface of 84 square meters + 3 large balconies. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both are bright and appointed with hardwood floors and there’s a large king size bed (180 x 200 cm) with quality linen, cushions and throws to enjoy in each. Just across a small hallway is a blue and white bathroom with a bathtub, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Central heating and continuous hot water will keep you warm and cosy and are included in the rental price along with your linen and fluffy towels. Off the hallway is a large living room (23 sq. meters) with 2 high-quality sofas (both convert to a bed), an armchair, a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with 180+ digital channels and a DVD player. There’s also a super quiet split-type inverter (heating-cooling) A/C in the living room. The living room opens to a large and well equipped kitchen with a dining area that has a wooden table seating six. Here you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave. This incredibly spacious apartment also has three sunny balconies with great views of the green surroundings and the mountains of the Slovenian Alps. The living room is really large and contains two high quality sofas, an armchair and a large Sony Bravia TV with more than 180 international channels.

The first bedroom contains a large and very comfortable double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm), a flat screen TV with 180+ international digital channels, a dresser and a doorway to the first balcony.
The second bedroom contains a large and very comfortable double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm) and a closet.
The bathroom contains a bathtub, a washing machine and a toilet.
The wardrobe room has a large closet with ample storage for clothing.
The apartment has 3 large balconies with great views, so you can sit on different sides depending on the time of day.

Location
The apartment occupies the whole upper floor of a beautiful alpine house located in a truly peaceful and quiet area in the beautiful Zavrsnica valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from the famous Lake Bled and a 30 minute drive from the Ljubljana International Airport. It’s the perfect place to stay while visiting the Lake Bled area of Slovenia or the Triglav National Park or the Slovenian Alps! It’s away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It’s a great base to explore Slovenia as all the main natural sights in the region like Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Waterfall Savica, Waterfall Pericnik, Lake Jasna, Zelenci Nature Reserve are only 10 to 45 minutes drive away. The apartment is also close (a 6-minute drive) to the main A2 motorway that connects the Karawanken Tunnel (at the Austrian border) to Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana.

Our location in the in the Bled area in the heart of the Gorenjska region make us a great place to stay if you want to be within easy reach of many sights, attractions, and places of interest in the region. Lake Bled, Bled castle, Vintgar gorge, Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Brezje, Straza hill view point and the beautiful Radovljica’s medieval old town are less than 15 minutes away while Pericnik waterfall, Lake Bohinj, Triglav national park, Vogel view point, Velika Planina Alpine Pasture, Zelenci Nature Reserve, Pokljuka plateau, Savica waterfall and the medieval town of Skofja Loka are all within easy travelling distance of our holiday apartments. What To Do:
The scenic Bled area offers many engaging and relaxing activities and you can read more about that in the WHAT TO DO section. Swimming, bathing and numerous other water-based activities, cycling, hiking, horse riding, fishing, golf, beach volley, tennis and in winter also skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing and much more. If you’re feeling especially adventurous you can go tandem skydiving, or you can take a panoramic flight and see Gorenjska from above. You can also go on a trip with the steam train or visit one of the adventure/adrenaline parks in the region. There are also numerous wellness centres that will pamper you by offering a range of holistic health and beauty treatments. For those with spare time and money on their hands, there are casinos and gaming centres offering gaming 24 hours a day, along with a rich entertainment programme and excellent cuisine.

Bottom Line:
A perfect place for a comfortable stay in the Lake Bled area of Slovenia. Located in a really beautiful, quiet location but close to all the natural attractions in the region and the main motorway. The main advantages are its comfort and size (it’s one of the largest in Slovenia), 3 large balconies with great views, comfortable king-size beds, fully equipped large modern kitchen, fast WiFi and A/C.
