We have completely renovated the second house on the property and there are now two brand new apartments available there. The first apartment occupies the whole ground floor of the house and the other apartment occupies the whole 1st floor of the house. Both apartments are air conditioned and have its own private entrance, free WiFi, and free parking.
The ground floor apartment has a surface of 56 square meters + 2 terraces. It has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and is perfect for parents, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). One extra bed (dimensions 90 x 190 cm) possible on request. All the furniture and fittings are brand new and of high quality. The apartment also has a brand new modern bathroom with a walk-in shower stall, a toilet and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (with a ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc), a dinning area with a dinning table and a living area with a sofa (which is next to the first bedroom). Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it has a balcony with garden furniture and nice views of the mountains of the Slovenian Alps. There’s also a large terrace with a garden at the back of the house, also with a garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. There are also 2 flat screen TVs with 130+ international digital channels (one in each bedroom).
The 1st floor apartment has a surface of 60 square meters + large balcony (11 square meters). It has 2 bedrooms. It has 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and we can also put an extra bed (dimensions 90 x 190 cm) in this second bedroom. The apartment also has a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower stall, a toilet and a washing machine, a second seperate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with a ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc), a dinning area with a dinning table, a living area with a sofa (which is next to the first bedroom) and a large balcony with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers and great views. There are also 2 flat screen TVs with 130+ international digital channels in the apartment.
