You’ll feel right at home when you step into this very modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean home. Beautifully furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind and all of the facilities and mod-cons you would expect, the apartment offers much more than the average holiday home, it’s a real home from home. It occupies the first floor of of a recently completely renovated alpine house located in a truly peaceful and quiet area in the green Zavrsnica valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from the famous Lake Bled and a 30 minute drive from the Ljubljana International Airport. It’s the perfect place to stay while visiting the Lake Bled area of Slovenia or the Triglav National Park or Slovenian Alps! It’s away from the noise and crowds, but at the same time close to everything. It’s a great base to explore Slovenia as all the main natural sights in the region like Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Waterfall Savica, Waterfall Pericnik, Lake Jasna, Zelenci Nature Reserve are only 10 to 45 minutes drive away. The apartment is also close (a 5-minute drive) to the main A2 motorway that connects the Karawanken Tunnel (at the Austrian border) to Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana.

The apartment and the whole property were completely renovated recently and furnished with new, modern and very functional furniture. The apartment is very comfortable with more amenities than you could possibly need. It occupies the whole first floor of a completely renovated alpine house and has a surface of 55 square meters + a balcony, a terrace and a large garden. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5+1 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a modern bathroom, a living area with a comfortable sofa, a large balcony with wonderful mountain views and a terrace with a large garden below the balcony.
Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our mind. But it’s even more critical during this time. We’re using the ECDC standards to clean and disinfect our property. Also, we make the apartment unavailable for 1-3 days between guests and you’ll be able to check in and check out without any person-to-person contact.

– Large garden and an orchard.
– Two flat-screen TVs with 130+ digital channels (including several very popular channels in English and German language).
– Air conditioner with inverter function (heating-cooling).

– Free Wi-Fi available throughout the entire property (Wi-Fi signal is strong and fast).

– Location is very convenient to all major tourist attractions in the region (Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge, Triglav National Park, Lake Bohinj, Waterfall Pericnik, etc.).
– Only a short drive (5 minutes) to the main A2 motorway that connects the Karawanken Tunnel (at the Austrian border) to Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana.
– The apartment is classified with 4 stars by the Slovenian Tourist Board, which is the highest amount that can be awarded to a holiday apartment in Slovenia.
First Bedroom
The first bedroom includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with a high quality memory foam mattress and 100% cotton linens, two nightstands with a lamp, a small working desk, and a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels. There’s also a doorway to the balcony.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with high quality memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton linens, a three-seater sofa that converts to a bed, a nightstand with two lamps, a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels and a closet with ample storage for clothing.
Kitchen & dining area
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped (ceramic glass electric cooktop with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigirator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Here you’ll find everything you need for your food preparation whether cooking a meal from scratch or heating something in the microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a wooden table seating for 4+2.
Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and comes complete with a glass shower stall, a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a vanity mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, hand and shower towels are provided.

There’s also a second separate toilet available in the apartment.
Living area
The living area is next to the first bedroom. It’s light and bright with a sofa that also converts to a bed with dimensions 120 x 200 cm), a coffee table, a flat screen TV with more than 130 digital channels (including several very popular international channels in English and German language and some in Croatian, Serbian, Italian, French and other languages). There’s also a quiet split-type inverter (heating-cooling) air conditioner and a doorway to the balcony.

Staircase
The staircase is nice and wide and has good step tread.
Balcony
The balcony is large (11 square meters). It’s facing south and has nice views of the garden and the green surroundings and mountains of Slovenian Alps, including Slovenia’s highest peak Mt. Triglav.
Terrace
The guests can also use a terrace which is situated directly below the balcony. The terrace is 20 square meters large. It’s facing south and is surrounded by meadows and a vegetable garden.

The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2017. New fixtures were installed throughout the building and modern furniture was bought. The property and the grounds are well kept with a lovely vegetable garden and a small orchard.

The apartment is located in the green Zavrsnica Valley in the heart of the Gorenjska region of Slovenia, only 6 km from Lake Bled and 30 minutes drive from Ljubljana International Airport. The Lake Bled area of Slovenia is often referred to as fairy-tale like and the location of the apartment is really beautiful, in a quiet and exceedingly safe neighborhood, but close to all the most important natural attractions in the region like Lake Bled, Vintgar gorge, Triglav National Park and Lake Bohinj. What a wonderful, warm family! Our stay was short, but we had an amazing time at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, newly decorated with fantastically equipped kitchen, the location was great – woodland was starting in the back yard of the house and the price was very good, too! As we travelled with kids, the bonus of this place was a restaurant, 2 minutes walk away, with a live bear in the garden 🙂 We highly recommend this apartment!

+Дом расположен равноудаленно от основных горнолыжных курортов Словении, что очень удобно для туристов с машиной. В 10 минутах езды в городке Есенице есть основные сетевые супермаркеты и магазины. Парковка непосредственно у входа, подъезд всегда расчищен. Мы жили на 2 этаже. Удобная, продуманная планировка, даже большой семье будет просторно – большие спальные комнаты разделены кухней и ванной комнатой, есть второй туалет, удобные кровати, предостаточно шкафчиков, полочек, крючочков :). Огромный балкон с мебелью и потрясающим видом будет приятным бонусом для тех, кто отдыхает летом. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все необходимое, включая мелочевку, необходимую для хозяйства (ничего не пришлось докупать в магазине, что большая редкость), очень чисто, тепло, светло, комфортно и уютно. Тишина и спокойствие вам будут гарантированы. Отдельное спасибо Катерине за оперативность, отзывчивость и дельные советы.
– Было бы неплохо организовать хранилище для лыж и сушилку для ботинок.

한달동안 프랑스, 스위스, 오스트리아, 슬로베니아, 크로아티아를 차로 부모님과 다니고 있는데 그중 가장 최고 베스트의 숙소였습니다. 일단 엄청 깔끔하고 호스트도 친절하였으며 모든 물품이 이렇게까지 다 갖춰진곳은 처음이였습니다. 요리하기도 좋았고 세탁기에 수건 말리는 걸이와 테라스 그리고 슬로베니아에 대한 정보를 모아두신 자료들, 에어컨 등등 모든게 너무나 좋았습니다. 이 숙소와 슬로베니아의 저렴한 물가덕분에 다시 가고싶게 만드는 숙소입니다.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil
Die zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter, die im Nachbarhaus wohnen, waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Ordner mit umfangreichen Informationen zur Umgebung, zu Lokalitäten und zur Freizeitgestaltung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder dort verbringen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was even better than we expected. The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed is quite comfortable. And Katja was very easy to communicate with. The apartment’s website and the large binder in the apartment contain extensive information about things to do in the area. For the adventurous, you can hike directly from the apartment to Stol, the highest mountain in the area. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We agree with all the positive feedback that is given by other guests but the warm hospitality of Katja and Uros is really great. Helping us out with printing hiking maps, giving advice about train hours , .. all kind of things. Furthermore the chalet is located in a quiet environment and ideally located to start hiking in the mountains ( walking to Stol is a great experience). Really to recommend.

Very family friendly and clean apartment in a great location for visiting Lake Bled and the Triglav National Park. Katja and her husband were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. They left us some lovely fruit and juice which we were glad to have the first morning since we arrived late the night before. We visited with our 8 month old baby and found the space very comfortable. We especially appreciated the use of the baby bed, high chair, baby gate and washing machine. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the mountains as well. Would highly recommend!

A very contemporary, clean and well appointed apartment in the gateway to the North-Western region of Slovenia with great access to Austria. The communication and check in process was excellent and there is a complete reference guide to all of the local attractions, points of interest and amenities. Katja was very helpful when my wife needed to see an English speaking Doctor and overall we had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Highly recommended as the best AirBnB location we have visited in the last 3 months travelling.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon bis zum Triglav ist traumhaft. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und ist dennoch verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend im nahen Radovljica oder in Bled. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie stellen sogar einen tollen selbstgestalteten Reiseführer zur Verfügung, der außerordentlich hilfreich ist (an dieser Stelle liebe Grüße von Beatrix und Matthias). Wir haben die Wohnung bereits mehrfach weiterempfohlen.

Janusa & Katja set the standard for the very best AirBnB can be. They’ve thought of everything in furnishing and supplying their apartment for the family travelers. Katja met us upon arrival and saw us off. She was available for any need while we were there (lives nearby). They created the best binder of local attractions I’ve ever seen at an AirBnB (and we’ve been to many). And Slovenia is a country we MUST come back to see because we had no idea all there is to see and do. Even in the rainy week we found it the most beautiful country we’ve seen yet. We will be back and will plan our trip to stay at the apartment again. Highest recommendations for anyone who wishes to enjoy a peaceful place in the mountains while close to some great Bled attractions, restaurants, etc.

Zu empfehlen, auch bei Schlechtwetter
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter, so dass es schnell geht, wenn der Kontakt erforderlich ist. Die Vermieter sprechen nur Englisch, kein Deutsch. Aber es ist kein Problem, sich zu verständigen. Notfalls hilft mit ,”Händen und Füßen …”. Wir waren für 10 Tage dort und, was sollen wir sagen: alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. In der Nähe findet man vieles zum Angucken. Und wer es nicht mag oder eine Pause braucht, ist in der Wohnung genau richtig, finden wir. Der Belegungsplan spricht für sich. Wer täglich die Sonne braucht, zieht wahrscheinlich einen Stern ab. Von uns also 5 ***** For the family: Thank you for the nice time we had in May 2019 !!

Sehr modern eingerichtetes und sauberes Appartement. Bett war besonders bequem. Familie war herzlich. Und eine ganz tolle und sehr ausführliche Mappe für die Gäste mit wirklich allem was man in der Gegend machen kann!
Een top onderkomen
Na een fijn ontvangst en rondleiding in het huis hebben we een uitstekende vakantie genoten. Aan het huis ontbreekt niets, uitstekende WIFI. Al met al een aanrader. Uitjes in de omgeving zijn uitstekend, een bezoek aan de waterval mag je niet missen. Het is geen straf om bij het huis te blijven en te genieten van de tuin en omgeving.

Beautiful location in quiet residential area with lovely views from the balcony. Apartment spotless and host had provided an invaluable reference book giving ideas for days out and what to expect when visiting. These little touches make all the difference. The host was friendly and available for guidance if needed and despite living in nearby property not intrusive. Would highly recommend this property when visiting Slovenia.

Einfach toll und absolut empfehlenswert.
Sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit heller und freundlicher Ausstattung, einem tollem Ausblick vom Balkon unweit der Autobahn und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist ideal für viele Unternehmungen in die Umgebung oder ins Landesinnere. Familie Grumerec ist sehr nett. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei Ankunft standen Obst und Saft in unserer Ferienwohnung bereit. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts und auch die kleine Spülmaschine haben wir geschätzt. Es lag in der Ferienwohnung genug Informationsmaterial über eine Vielzahl von Ausflugszielen und Wandermöglichkeiten bereit. Mehrmals wurden die Handtücher und einmal sogar die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Diese tolle Ferienwohnung können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung und in Slowenien sehr wohlgefühlt.
Lovely location and base for exploring the region
Well equipped modern, comfortable apartment and great base to explore the beautiful Lake Bled area of northern Slovenia. Ideal for holiday makers enjoying walking and cycling, The mountains and scenery are outstanding and the local people friendly with a wealth of beautiful places to visit. The hosts Katja and Uros and very friendly and welcoming and a mine of information on local culture and places to visit. We hired a car and also visited Ljubljana, the amazing Postjna caves, and the coast, cycled along the relatively flat trail from Mojstrana through Kranjska Gora and into Italy.
Janusa and Katja were excellent hosts. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. It’s in an idyllic spot with so much on the door step. It was our first visit to Slovenia and we would hesitate to stay here again if we come back we which hope to do in the summer! Thoroughly recommend!
Cosy apartment in a beautiful place.
This is a lovely compact and modern, floor heated apartment where one can comfortably spend a couple of weeks of vacation. It is clean, well equipped and the hosts are attentive and quick responding. The balcony is spacious and offers a view of the distant hills. The bathroom is equally spacious and has beautifully detailed tiling! As far as location is concerned: from the apartment it is easy to reach the motorway and places such as Ljubljana, Kranj, Bled, Kranjska Gora and Triglav National Park. Even Trieste in Italy can be reached in an hour and a half.

Лучшее место, в котором мы жили когда-либо! Просторный, светлый, чистый и по-домашнему уютный дом. Кухня укомплектована всей бытовой техникой и посудой. Особенно обрадовало наличие посудомоечной машины 🙂 Большая ванная комната, два туалета и стиральная машина, которая была очень кстати. Невероятно комфортная кровать, в которой спалось настолько хорошо, что трудно было заставить себя проснуться :))) Чудесный вид из окна и тишина вокруг. Парковка расположена прямо у входа в дом. Очень грустно было уезжать!
Es hat an nichts gefehlt
Eine sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist ruhig und im Grünen. Trotzdem kann man schnell alles erreichen (Ski-Gebiet, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten…). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfect stay next to Bled lake, mountains. Picturesque views! Home is in perfectly grate condition, very clean, cosy and well equipped ! Host Katja is a very friendly and kind person ! She is always available on phone ane answer very quickly. Great memories of this stay!

The flat has everything you need and is located in a beautiful area! Perfect to start walking directly if you wish. For people traveling by train (as we did ) you should consider that it is quite a bit to walk from the train station to reach the apartment at the rim of the village.
Schöne Lage und tolle Fewo
Die Fewo ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden für jegliche Ausflüge im Triglav Nationalpark und ist dennoch in einer ruhigen Lage. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Triglav. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Zusätzliche Hygienemaßnahmen Coronabedingt wurden sehr akribisch umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!
Feine Fewo mit herrlichen Ausblick
Klasse Fewo, sehr sauber, nette Gastgeber, schöner Ausblick. Parkplatz direkt vor Tür, Garten zur Mitbenutzung, Tagesausflüge von dort sehr gut machbar. Und vor allem sehr ruhig. Alles in allem – empfehlenswert.
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war extrem sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

– Sehr schöne, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen mit tollem Ausblick vom Balkon und erholsamer Ruhe.
– Viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten in der Nähe möglich.
Wir hatten wunderschöne Urlaubstage und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Quiet, clean and well equipped appartment with a pretty view of the mountains from the balcony. The parking area in front of the house is also very comfortable. WIFI Speed was strong and useful to plan our next trips. (min.20Mbits DL-Speed) We spleeped very good in the bed (2x2m) and cooked every day in the nice kitchen. Until now its was the finest stay in our holiday in slowenia.
The apartment was equipped exactly as advertised. The contact was very nice and our questions were answered very quickly. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. Our stay was very nice and satisfying all round. We owe this on the one hand to the very beautiful nature that the region has to offer and on the other hand to the very friendly hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung
Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft in für Unternehmungen aller Art zentralen Lage und sehr netten hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Esstisch innen für 4 Personen vielleicht etwas eng, da wir aber nur zu zweit waren und soweit möglich sowieso auf dem Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht aßen, für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, sehr schönes Bad, bequemes Bett, umfangreicher Ordner mit Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung vorhanden.
WUNDERSCHÖNE WOHNUNG MIT TRAUMHAFTEN AUSBLICK
Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die komplette Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet, inklusive Küche und Badezimmer. Alles war in einem ausgezeichneten, neuwertigen Zustand! Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (Katja) war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir konnten sie über WhatsApp anschreiben und bekamen immer umgehend eine Antwort.
Ein umfangreicher Ordner über Gastronomie und Aktivitäten stand bereit.
Die Lage eignet sich für viele Aktivitäten. Bergwandern, Wanderung durch die traumhafte Klamm, ganz in der Nähe, Spaziegänge rund um den Bleder See (traumhafte Panoramen) und auch die Landeshauptstadt Ljubljana, die einen Besuch wert ist, ist nur eine 45 minütige Autofahrt entfernt.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Slovenia, look no further! Breathtaking views and a beautiful apartment. Great location to travel the surrounding area. The hosts were extremely helpful and have put a lot of thought into making the stay in the area one to remember. High recommend!!!
Nice apartment 10 min drive from Lake Bled. The apartment is part of building, that houses two apartments (ground and first floor completely separated). Location is idyllic, in a small village. Makes you need to go out by car most of the time. Communication to owners is perfect. Property has a large garden and really perfect beds. The area is really beautifull, so if you have time, don’t only book as stopover to Croatia, but spend a few days around Bled as well.
It was perfect apartment, fully equipped. The owner is very nice and helpful. We will be back soon!
Komfortowy apartament kilkanaście minut jazdy od Bled
+ Bardzo przytulne, przestronne i czyste mieszkanie, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Gospodyni naszego obiektu czekała na nasz przyjazd pomimo, że dotarliśmy dość późno. Okolica cicha, ale z bardzo dobrym dojazdem do trasy szybkiego ruchu, dojazd do jeziora Bled kilkanaście minut. Miejsce parkingowe tuż przed drzwiami. Dość obszerny taras z widokiem na okoliczne wzgórza.
– TV niestety starszego typu, więc jeśli przytrafi się deszczowy dzień lepiej mieć ze sobą laptopa i HDMI 😉

Fantastische accommodatie met heerlijk groot balkon.
Prachtige en heel schone accommodatie. Er was een heerlijk groot balkon met fantastisch uitzicht en 2 ligstoelen en een zithoek met 4 stoelen. In de kamer lag een map met uitgebreide informatie over de omgeving en wat er te doen is; fantastisch! Contact met de host ging heel makkelijk.
Een mooi en schoon appartement op een prachtige locatie. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. De verhuurder was flexibel in afspraken omtrent aankomsttijd en helder en snel in de communicatie. In het appartement ligt een map met activiteiten en mooie locaties die er in de buurt (te doen) zijn. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad dus!

+ La casa era profumata di bucato, letti comodissimi e altrettanto i cuscini, tutto curato e pulitissimo. La posizione è perfetta, lontana dalla confusione al limite del bosco ma vicina ai supermercati e alle gite più interessanti. Ha fatto molto comodo il book nel quale la proprietaria descrive dettagliatamente le località più interessanti da visitare. Descrive ogni cosa ti possa essere utile…importante per chi non conosce la zona.
– A noi è piaciuto tutto, se devo segnalare qualcosa la cucina leggermente stretta…ma comunque ben attrezzata.questa caratteristica non incide affatto sulla qualità della casa.

Heerlijk verblijf! In het appartement ligt een heel uitgebreid boek met ontelbaar veel aanbevelingen over wat te doen in de wijde omgeving; hiervan hebben we dankbaar gebruikgemaakt! Onze tip: de hike door de Mostnica-kloof! Het appartement beschikt over een fijne keuken, een groot balkon en heerlijke bedden. Ook de badkamer (met wasmachine) is erg fijn. Topappartement!
Die Unterkunft war hervorragend außerordentlich ruhig tolle Umgebung und Gastgeber spricht sogar deutsch wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Helle Wohnung in schön ruhiger, grüner Lage mit super Aussicht vom großen Balkon. Gut ausgestattet, bequeme Matrazen, super Bad. Teils sind Möbel und Geschirr eher einfach. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.
Slovenya doğası ile harika bir ülke. Bled gölü ve çevresini gezmek için Katja’nın bu harika evinde konakladık. Araba ile seyahat edenler için evin konumu güzel. Ev temiz ve her türlü gerekli olabilecek eşya vardı. Temizlik konusunda sorun yoktu. Giriş çıkış çok rahattı. Katja çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Tüm sorularımıza zamanında yanıt verdi. iletişimi çok iyiydi. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine konaklayacağımız harika bir ev.

This accommodation is an island of peace. Peace and quiet, a beautiful view of the snowy mountain peaks. Clean Air. We could comfortably accommodate three children, everything was very clean and tidy. Katja always answered very quickly. We easily visited the surrounding attractions by car. There is also a shop nearby. I recommend to everyone.
