Each unit/apartment has a modern bathroom with either a bathtub or walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, one or two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and at least one balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. Please be assured – our beds are COMFORTABLE. We really hate it when we stay in a place and we don’t sleep well so our accommodations have memory foam mattresses for a good night’s sleep. What To See:
The Lake Bled area is the most beautiful part of Slovenia. It has it all, alpine lakes, majestic mountains, green valleys, beautiful rivers, spectacular waterfalls, attractive gorges, lush green pastures, sweeping vistas and more.

The biggest attraction of the Lake Bled area and the main reason why so many people from all over the world visit Slovenia is Lake Bled itself. With its postcard-worthy church on a small island, a medieval castle perched high atop a rocky cliff and some of the highest peaks of the Slovenian Alps as backdrops, it is one of the most enchanting places in Europe.

The other world famous natural sight in the Bled area is the Vintgar gorge, a stunningly picturesque gorge with turquoise water of the Radovna river and a spectacular waterfall at the far end. A few other beautiful and absolutely fascinating sights are also Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Brezje, Radovljica’s medieval old town, Pericnik waterfall, Lake Bohinj, Triglav national park, Vogel view point, Velika Planina Alpine Pasture, Zelenci Nature Reserve, Pokljuka plateau, Savica waterfall, the medieval town of Skofja Loka, etc. More information on these sights and attractions is available in the WHAT TO SEE section of our website.

What To Do:
The Bled area offers many engaging and relaxing activities and you can read more about that in the WHAT TO DO section. Swimming, bathing and numerous other water-based activities, cycling, hiking, horse riding, fishing, golf, beach volley, tennis and in winter also skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding, snowshoeing and much more. If you’re feeling especially adventurous you can go tandem skydiving, or you can take a panoramic flight and see Gorenjska from above. You can also go on a trip with the steam train or visit one of the adventure/adrenaline parks in the region. There are also numerous wellness centres that will pamper you by offering a range of holistic health and beauty treatments. For those with spare time and money on their hands, there are casinos and gaming centres offering gaming 24 hours a day, along with a rich entertainment programme and excellent cuisine.

  • 5* holiday home and very hospitable hosts!
    Impeccable apartment exactly as described. Fully equipped also having a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender, washing machine, hairdryer, drying area etc. You name it and it's there. Nice surroundings and very quiet area yet close to shops, Lake Bled, and a nice kids park within walking distance. The hosts are very sweet. They have supplied us with directions, tips and give us ideas where to go. Also kept our kids entertained too! I truly recommend this holiday apartment. If you are visiting Slovenia, this is the only property to look for. A home away from home !!

  • What a fabulous apartment, the owners were delightful, friendly and very welcoming, speaking perfect English . The apartment has everything you could need and want, it's spacious, beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet.... So a good night's sleep was not a problem. The area around the house is fabulous with plenty to do and see for the whole family. The only downside was having to leave!! In summary, if you're looking for a nice clean, quiet home in the middle of beautiful countryside, then this is the place for you. I'll definitely be going back :)

  • I feel lucky we were able to stay...they are virtually fully booked for the next couple of months! Uros and Katja provide comfortable and cozy accommodation in a delightful family home outside of Lake Bled The location is perfect. They are a short drive from LJU airport. Hiking, boating, food (restaurants/bakeries/groceries) and beekeeping(!) are all a short drive away. If you are interested, with their guidance, you can find some off-the-tourist track spots that are well worth your time. Kitchen is fully stocked. The space is clean and when we were leaving, it looked like they were replacing the living room furniture with new sofas/sleepers. We look forward to returning!!!

  • A perfect place in the Bled area, highly recommended!
    + We stayed in fine-stay apartments for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The apartment is located in the mountains above Bled (about 15 minutes drive from Bled) in a beautiful and quiet village. The apartment we stayed in is completely new and fully equipped with everything a family needs - a separate room for kids, a room for the parents which includes the living room, 2 TVs, washing machine, well equipped kitchen with a dish washer. The surrounding is stunning, with an amazing lake just 2 minutes from the apartment and a good restaurant 50 meters from the apartment (with a small zoo including a bear!). Katja was amazing, answered all our (many) questions and recommended places to go and eat. The hosts made a book which is available in the apartment containing where to visit, where to eat, where to buy etc. Everything is accompanied with photos and driving instructions, and it was very helpful. Katja even left board games for us in the apartment which we enjoyed in rainy days.
    - A perfect place, nothing to dislike.

    + The apartment was beautiful. View of alps from balcony. well equipped and furnished, including laundry machine. Close to Bled by car, neighborhood quiet and quaint. hosts were very nice, helpful. Lots of things to see in the area, had to add a day to our stay.

  • Excellent and quite location surrounded by mountains,, close to many attractions. Bled and Bohinj lake, Kranjska Gora ski center, Postojna cave, Ljubljana, airport are all less than an hour drive. The owners Katja and her husband was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose here if we travel Slovenia again.
