Towards the end of winter, most people begin to anxiously await spring’s arrival. We are tired of the cold weather and ready to feel some sunshine on our faces and see the earth’s rebirthing process starting again. So, we couldn’t be more happy to report that spring has arrived and the first beautiful, warm days of spring have already hit us.
We just love the way the nature around our apartments looks in spring! We took the camera and made a few photos from different angles.
Our ‘Superior Apartment With 3 Balconies’ now has a brand new king-size double bed in the first bedroom. The bed has a new quality mattress with a memory foam layer which makes for a good night’s sleep. We also added a new white dresser with mirror in the bedroom.
We are delighted to announce that Booking.com, one of the world’s most popular booking websites, has awarded Fine Stay Apartments with a Guest Review Award with a fantastic score of 9.7/10.
Booking.com runs yearly Guest Review Awards with their bookers voting on common factors such as hotel facilities, cleanliness, room standards, quality of service and location. The reviews are carried out by registered guests who have actually stayed at the accommodation ensuring all responses provided are authentic. Autumn had turned into winter early this year. While the autumn weather was still mild last week, during the night a cold front whirled over northwestern Slovenia and brought the first load of snow with it. We’ve got about 10 cm of snow, just enough for the kids to go sledding and build a snowman and for the landscape to be white and fluffy.
Here are some beautiful wintry views from the balconies of our apartments. It’s amazing how beautiful and serene the snowy landscape looks.
Sometime during the night it started snowing in the Bled area and all over the Alpine region of Slovenia and by morning there is about 5-10 cm of new snow on the ground and everything is covered in white and so beautiful.
